A new approach to health and fitness

I am a Personal Trainer with Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, a B.Psychology degree and certified in
Post Natal Exercise Programming.
My approach may be different than you have experienced so far. I believe in promoting fitness by considering overall wellness of both mind and body. With a focus not just on increasing strength and fitness level, we also provide an environment for women who may be experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety and panic, those who work hard and don't have a viable outlet for stress, and those who spend days at home with their children who may need to find a way to build resilience, positive self belief and mental strength again.
